Payment for the roof is collected from the closing proceeds at the title company, listed on the seller's side of the closing disclosure. If the deal falls through and the seller keeps the home, our standard financing options kick in — the seller is never left without a resolution.

Most residential roof replacements take 1–2 days once materials are on site. We typically schedule within 5–10 business days of contract signing — fast enough to stay inside most contract contingency windows.
