Most residential roofs are completed in 1–2 days. Larger or more complex roofs may take 3 days. We never leave your home uncovered overnight.
If your roof was damaged by a storm, wind, or hail event, your insurance will often cover the replacement minus your deductible. We provide full documentation and work directly with your adjuster.

It comes with StainGuard Plus algae protection, and our 6-nail install with the full GAF accessory system builds it to a 150-mph wind rating. Note that the wind rating and the wind warranty are two different things: because we run GAF starter at both the eaves and the rakes, HDZ carries GAF's 130-mph limited wind warranty (it is 110 mph without starter at the rakes). On our full GAF Lifetime Roofing System we also register a GAF WindProven limited wind warranty in your name, which is the one GAF writes with no maximum wind speed limitation.
