Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a form on our site — a free-inspection request, contact message, instant-estimate lead, resource download, or financing inquiry — we collect the details you provide, which may include your name, phone number, email address, property address, information about your roof, and any message you send. If you check the box to receive text messages, we also record that consent.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically collect limited technical and usage data — such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the website that referred you — through cookies and analytics tools described below.

How we use your information

• Respond to your inquiry and answer your questions.
• Schedule and perform roof inspections, prepare estimates, and communicate with you about your project.
• Send you resources or information you requested.
• Follow up about a quote, inspection, or service.
• Operate, maintain, and improve our website and services.
• Measure and improve the performance of our advertising.

Text messages (SMS)

We send text messages only if you affirmatively opt in by checking the consent box on a form. Those messages relate to your inspection, appointment, photo report, or quote — they are not promotional spam. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies, analytics & advertising

We use Google Analytics 4, Google Ads (provided by Google) and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel to understand how visitors use our site and to measure the effectiveness of our ads. These tools set cookies and collect usage data as described above.

Hashed conversion measurement. To measure ad performance accurately, we may share a hashed (encrypted, non-readable) version of your email, phone, or name with Google and Meta so they can match a lead to an ad — we never send them your plain-text contact details for this purpose.

You can limit this tracking:

• Adjust your browser’s cookie settings to block or delete cookies.
• Use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on and Google Ads settings.
• Manage Meta ad preferences.

How we share your information

We share your information only as needed:

• Service providers that help us operate — for example, our email-delivery provider, our online roof-estimate tool, and the analytics and advertising platforms above — and only to the extent needed to provide their service.
• Financing. If you choose to apply for financing, your information is shared with our independent third-party lending partner, which reviews your application under its own privacy policy. Complete Roofing does not provide financing in-house and does not make lending decisions.
• Legal reasons — if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our customers, the public, or our company.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy — for example, to follow up on your request and to maintain our business records — or as required by law.

Your choices & rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or stop contacting you, by emailing Shelly@roofing-it.com or calling (850) 220-3965. You can also reply STOP to any text message and use the analytics and advertising opt-outs listed above. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.

Children’s privacy

Our website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you share with us. However, no method of transmitting or storing data over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and material changes will be posted here.
